They sometimes counterbalance each other but remain mutually dependent. The long-term muscle tension, this physical imbalance, resonates with my psychological experiences in interpersonal interactions. In a relationship, when one party excessively suppresses themselves and complies with the other to maintain superficial harmony, the neglect of the antagonistic balance between them can ultimately lead to emotional exhaustion and breakdown. This state of imbalance is not a struggle unique to myself, but a common phenomenon in intimate relationships. Through this work, I hope viewers will reflect on whether they have also forgotten their voice when they want to maintain a relationship. This series of works uses copper wire as the material, created through metalworking techniques such as welding, forging, and chemical patination. At the same time, techniques of suspension and lightshadow projection are employed to reveal postures under muscular tension, giving form to the intangible tension of emotions. The shadows, like hidden inner emotions, appear at times gentle and at other times distorted, reminding viewers to face the unequal distribution of power in the relationships.入 選
